The Seed
A nanny with 20 years of experience and mother of three noticed a troubling pattern: families spent months searching for the right caregiver, while talented caregivers got lost in opaque processes and agencies that didn't represent them well. The question arose naturally: what if there was a better way?
Listening to Families
We spent months in deep conversations with dozens of families and caregivers. The problem was always the same: lack of trust, lack of transparency, and the impossibility of finding that 'perfect match.' We learned that what families were looking for wasn't just someone qualified — they were looking for someone they could fully trust.
Building the Vision
With a small but deeply committed team, we began designing a platform that placed children's well-being and caregiver respect at the center. The premise was clear: no intermediaries, only real, direct, and human connections.
The First Match
In our first beta summer, 47 families found their ideal caregiver. Some of those connections are still active today. That first match confirmed what we already sensed: when trust and compatibility align, everyone wins — especially the children.
Beyond Nannies
Listening to our community, we expanded our vision: from nannies to 8 care specialties, including night care, elder care, housekeeping, pet care, private chef, driver, and tutors. Because caring for a family extends far beyond the children.
Today and Always
Today MiKindCare connects families and dedicated caregivers across the region. Every match is a story of trust being written. Every empowered caregiver is a brighter future for a family. And this is just the beginning.
Our Belief
Childhood is the most important stage of human development. It is during these early years that confidence is nurtured, character is shaped, and lifelong values are formed. Children are naturally sincere, curious, and eager to explore the world around them.
