Yes! MiKindCare is fully bilingual. You can switch between English and Spanish at any time using the language selector in the navigation bar. Our support team also assists in both languages.
Our algorithm analyzes over 15 variables: parenting style, household values, schedule availability, rate range, location, certifications, and caregiver experience. The result is a compatibility percentage that helps you identify the most suitable caregiver for your family. Household values carry the most weight in the calculation.
Yes. You can browse all profiles, view compatibility scores, read experience and certifications, and watch the caregiver's intro video completely free. You only pay $10 when you decide to unlock direct contact with a specific caregiver.
It's simple: when you find the caregiver you want to connect with, click "Unlock contact". A one-time $10 payment gives you permanent access to their phone, email, and unlimited in-app chat. No subscriptions or additional charges afterward.
You can keep browsing the platform for free with no time limit. The system continuously updates available profiles. If you need guidance, our team can help you refine your search at no cost.

Your profile appears in family search results based on matching compatibility. The more complete your profile — with a video, certifications, and verified references — the higher your visibility and compatibility score with families that match your profile.
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, with no penalties or minimum lock-in periods. If you pause, your profile is temporarily hidden from results, but you can reactivate it whenever you want.
The one-time $10 payment per caregiver unlocks: permanent access to the caregiver's phone and email, unlimited in-app chat, and conversation history. There are no subscriptions, no salary commissions, and no recurring charges of any kind.
No. Browsing profiles, watching videos, using matching, and saving favorites is completely free. The only cost for families is the one-time $10 fee when they decide to directly connect with a caregiver. MiKindCare never charges a commission on the caregiver's salary.
