Our smart matching system analyzes over 15 variables to find the ideal compatibility between families and caregivers.
We offer 8 specialties: Nannies, NCS/Baby Nurse (newborn specialists), Elder Care, Housekeepers, Pet Care, Personal Chef, Driver, and Tutors. Each category has its own verification process and tailored matching.
MiKindCare operates in the United States and Peru. Each country works separately: you'll see families and caregivers from your own country. You can search your area by entering your city when you create your profile.
Yes! MiKindCare is fully bilingual. You can switch between English and Spanish at any time using the language selector in the navigation bar. Our support team also assists in both languages.
Our algorithm analyzes over 15 variables: parenting style, household values, schedule availability, rate range, location, certifications, and caregiver experience. The result is a compatibility percentage that helps you identify the most suitable caregiver for your family. Household values carry the most weight in the calculation.
Yes. You can browse all profiles, view the compatibility score, read experience and certifications and watch the caregiver's intro video for free. You only use an unlock (from your membership or a one-time payment) when you decide to connect with a caregiver.
When you find the caregiver you want to connect with, press "Unlock" on their profile. If you're a member, it uses one of your 5 monthly unlocks; otherwise it's a one-time payment. You get permanent access to their phone, email, messages and video-call interviews.
You can keep browsing the platform for free with no time limit. The system continuously updates available profiles. If you need guidance, our team can help you refine your search at no cost.
Sign up by selecting your specialty, fill in your personal information, experience, and certifications, record your intro video, and upload your documentation. Our team reviews and approves profiles within 1 to 3 business days.
No. Signing up, completing your profile and connecting with families is free for caregivers, and we take no commission on your rate.
Your profile appears in family search results based on matching compatibility. The more complete your profile — with a video, certifications, and verified references — the higher your visibility and compatibility score with families that match your profile.
You can update your profile anytime from your dashboard. If you need to hide it temporarily or close it, write to hello@mikindcare.com and we'll do it for you.
Each unlock (from the membership or a one-time payment) gives you permanent access to the caregiver's phone and email, in-app messages and video-call interviews. The membership includes 5 unlocks a month. We never charge a commission on the caregiver's salary.
No. Browsing profiles, watching videos, using matching and saving favorites is free. The cost for families is the monthly membership (2 months free at launch) or the one-time payment per contact. MiKindCare never charges a commission on the caregiver's salary.
The membership costs X per month and includes 5 contact unlocks. At launch, new families get the first 2 months free, no card needed.

Our team reviews every caregiver's profile before publishing it: their information, documents (resume, reference letters and certifications) and background certificate. We only approve profiles that meet our standards. The process takes 1 to 3 business days.
Your personal information — phone, email, address — is only shown to whoever unlocks your contact. We comply with applicable data privacy laws and never sell or share your data with third parties.
Write to hello@mikindcare.com explaining what happened. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and can suspend accounts that break our rules.
MiKindCare verifies backgrounds and references, but the working relationship is directly between the family and the caregiver. We recommend conducting an interview, establishing a trial period, and clearly communicating your expectations. Our team is available to guide you throughout the process.
